Separate Instantly’s outreach plans from data credits and bundles, understand contact limits and build a complete monthly budget.
Instantly pricing has several parts: Email Outreach, credits, CRM, inbox-placement tools and bundled packages. The $47 outreach starting price is a sending subscription. It is not the complete cost of every prospecting and sales workflow.
Build your budget from the capabilities you need rather than the largest number on a pricing card. A small campaign can be a valid use of an entry plan. A larger team may need additional capacity, data or operating tools. Neither case can be priced accurately without defining the workload.
Email Outreach plans
Plan | Monthly price | Uploaded contacts / monthly emails |
|---|---|---|
Growth | $47 | 1,000 / 5,000 |
Hyper Growth | $97 | 25,000 / 125,000 |
Light Speed | $358 | 100,000 / 500,000 |
These figures are from Instantly’s plans overview, supported by its Email Outreach comparison. Checked 11 September 2026; prices are USD, monthly billing, before tax and extras.
Instantly’s public pricing page also contains bundles and dynamically configured cards. Some displayed combinations differ from the help-centre figures. Use the table as the documented outreach baseline, then confirm the exact current configuration and allowance in checkout before paying.
Uploaded contacts are not a monthly refill
The uploaded-contact limit counts contacts in campaigns across the workspace. It includes active, paused and draft campaigns and does not reset each month. This is different from the monthly email allowance. Instantly add-on documentation.
For example, 1,000 contacts with up to four campaign messages each could require up to 4,000 sends. That fits Growth’s stated monthly send allowance, but retaining those contacts can leave no space for another 1,000. Real sends may be lower because replies, opt-outs and exclusions stop further activity.
Plan for history retention as well as new activity. Do not delete suppression information simply to free capacity. Preserve it in the system that governs who may be contacted.
Credits buy a different set of operations
Instantly credits support operations such as SuperSearch, enrichment, verification and AI reply features. The credit documentation lists several packages, including Growth at $47 monthly for 1,500 credits and Supersonic at $97 monthly for 5,000. Different operations consume credits differently. A credit allowance should not be read as a guaranteed number of complete prospects. Instantly credit system.
The same documentation describes expiry and billing arrangements. Review those terms for the selected billing period, particularly if you plan to buy a large allowance before using it. A lower nominal price per credit can still be a poor purchase if the credits are unused or the output is unsuitable.
Bundles are another configuration
The public pricing page lists Starter at $94 monthly, Scale at $194 and Agency at $555, combining outreach capacity with credits. Annual equivalents and included allowances are shown separately. Compare the exact bundle contents with separately purchased products rather than adding every standalone price on top. Instantly pricing.
CRM and inbox-placement capabilities also have their own plan choices. Check whether the functions you need are included in your selected bundle or require another purchase. Avoid paying twice for a capability already provided by another tool in your stack.
A complete monthly budget
Budget line | What to enter | Common omission |
|---|---|---|
Outreach | Selected plan and capacity add-ons | Contact storage as well as send volume |
Data and research | Credit package or external source | Verification and repeated enrichment |
Mailboxes | Provider subscriptions | Ongoing account ownership and administration |
Other tools | Required CRM or testing features | Integrations and overlapping subscriptions |
Operator time | Research, review and reply handling | Work after the sequence launches |
Here is an illustrative example rather than a recommended stack: $97 outreach, $47 credits, $60 mailboxes and five operator hours valued at $40 produce a $404 monthly total. The mailbox and time figures are assumptions. Replace every line with your actual configuration.
If that workflow produces eight accepted, held meetings, the illustrative cost is $50.50 each. At four meetings it is $101 each. These are calculations from hypothetical inputs, not an Instantly performance claim. Count results consistently and include all relevant costs.
