How many meetings will we actually book?

How many meetings will we actually book?

Meeting volume depends on your audience, offer, contact data, message relevance and sending setup. Rhycon does not guarantee a number of meetings or a fixed conversion uplift. Start with a defined pilot and measure qualified replies, attended meetings and sales opportunities against your existing process.

Will the outreach sound like AI?

Will the outreach sound like AI?

Rhycon uses prospect and company research to help write relevant outreach. The quality depends on the evidence, your offer and the instructions you provide. Review sample messages for accuracy, tone and relevance before increasing volume; personalisation should explain why you are contacting someone, not invent facts about them.

What happens to my domain reputation?

Rhycon has two separate sending options. Managed Infrastructure uses Rhycon-owned mailboxes and domains. Connected Senders uses customer-connected Gmail, Outlook and LinkedIn accounts. The reputation considerations depend on the option and accounts you use. No sending setup can guarantee inbox placement or eliminate reputation risk; monitor delivery, complaints and replies as you scale.

How autonomous is it really? Do I still need to manage it?

Rhycon supports a coordinated workflow for discovery, research, outreach, reply handling and meeting coordination. What runs automatically depends on your workspace settings and connected services. Your team still owns the targeting, offer, sending choices and review of results. Agree on approval, escalation and pause rules before enabling an automated workflow.

What if we run out of leads?

What if we run out of leads?

Rhycon searches the open web for prospects that match your targeting. The number of suitable prospects still depends on your market, geography, role criteria and the evidence available. A narrow audience can be exhausted. Review coverage, duplicates and qualification reasons before broadening your targeting; more contacts are only useful when they remain relevant.
