Website privacy & choices
Last updated: October 18, 2026. Rhycon, Corp., a Delaware corporation, operates rhycon.ai. This notice covers this marketing website, including its visitor-identification feature. Our Service privacy policy explains account, billing, onboarding and application processing. The website-specific identification and cookie practices below apply to rhycon.ai; the Service policy’s general statements about optional analytics and advertising cookies do not describe this additional RB2B feature.
Your privacy choices
Checking regional privacy settings…
No account or identity verification is required to opt out in this browser. This control stops future RB2B loading and records an optional-tracking opt-out across rhycon.ai and app.rhycon.ai. It also removes accessible first-party RB2B cookies. A page already running the provider reloads to stop it. Turning it off does not automatically delete previously collected records.
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC), including when it conflicts with a prior permission. An existing site-wide opt-out takes priority. To review a broader site-wide choice, use the privacy controls in our Service privacy policy. Choices apply to this browser; clearing cookies or using another browser may require setting them again.
Notice at collection: website visitor identification
We use RB2B (GetEmails, LLC dba Retention.com) and its data network to associate marketing-site visits with business contact information. Our team uses available matches to assess business interest and may contact relevant business visitors about Rhycon. Matching can be incomplete or incorrect. It does not create an account or subscribe you to a newsletter.
| Information | Source and purpose |
|---|---|
| Online identifiers and activity | Cookies, device/browser identifiers, network information including IP address, and page activity collected by the provider’s script for matching and visit attribution. |
| Business contact information | Where matched, RB2B supplies names, work emails, employers, roles, LinkedIn profiles and company details from its existing data sources for business-interest assessment and sales follow-up. |
| Approximate country | Our host, Vercel, derives a country estimate from the incoming IP address to choose the privacy controls. Our decision endpoint returns only a consent mode; it does not create an IP-address or location database. Hosting providers may retain ordinary operational logs under their own retention practices. |
| Privacy preferences | First-party cookies record permission, opt-out or notice dismissal so we can respect your choice. Dismissing a notice is not recorded as consent. |
When identification runs
For visitors detected in the United States, identification can run automatically after the site presents a disclosure, unless you have opted out or send GPC. For visitors outside the US, or when country detection fails or is uncertain, it waits for affirmative consent. We use a country estimate, not precise location or proof of residency. RB2B separately limits person-level identification to eligible US visitors; elsewhere it may identify a company after permission. A company match does not establish which employee visited.
The provider is excluded from onboarding, free-trial, checkout and account paths and this privacy page. These controls govern RB2B; they do not turn off essential website features or a chat/call you request.
Who receives information
RB2B and its relevant data partners process matching signals. We receive available business profiles in our RB2B account and configured Slack workspace for authorized team members. Hosting, support and other providers may process data needed for their services. RB2B’s own database and network uses are described in its privacy policy. Because data-partner disclosures can fall within broad US sale/sharing definitions, our “Do Not Sell or Share” control covers this feature regardless of whether money changes hands. We do not represent this feature as anonymous analytics.
Retention
We retain visitor information while needed to assess and respond to business interest, maintain relevant business communications, honor suppression requests, or meet legal and security obligations. Information in RB2B and Slack is also subject to those services’ retention settings; copies are not erased simply by closing the cookie notice. You can request access or deletion using the contact below. RB2B describes its independent data retention and deletion process in its privacy policy.
An identification permission or notice-dismissal preference lasts up to six months. A browser opt-out lasts up to twelve months; GPC applies whenever it is sent. The RB2B script may set its own cookies and identifiers when enabled. We remove accessible first-party RB2B cookies on opt-out; browser restrictions can prevent this site from removing third-party cookies.
Other website interactions
Our hosting provider processes network and request information to deliver and secure the site. If you use chat, calling, contact or booking features, you and the relevant providers supply the contact details, messages or call information needed to respond. Website chat/calling uses Glimpze; booking links may open Calendly. Account, payment and onboarding interactions use the Service and are explained in its privacy policy. This notice does not change your choices for those separate services.
Your rights and contact
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, withdrawal of consent, objection to direct marketing, or an appeal. We do not deny website access or discriminate because you exercise a privacy right. Email sales@rhycon.ai for these requests, to stop sales follow-up, or for an authorized-agent request. For requests involving stored records, we may need enough information to locate the records and verify authority. The browser opt-out above requires no such verification.
You can separately opt out of RB2B’s identity network, submit a provider privacy request, or use RB2B’s GDPR opt-out. Network opt-outs and requests about previously received records are separate from stopping future loading in this browser.
Processing may involve the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Where European or UK data-protection law applies to this optional identification, we require permission before starting it; relevant rights and transfer safeguards are described in the Service privacy policy and provider terms. You may contact the applicable data-protection authority about your rights.
