6 Instantly alternatives for outbound teams

Outbound workflow illustration connecting research, review and handoff.

Compare Instantly alternatives on sending limits, account costs, data and workflow ownership, with a migration checklist for active campaigns.

The best Instantly alternative depends on why you are switching. A team that wants a different email sequencer needs a different shortlist from one that wants calling, more contact data or someone to run outbound for them.

Start by separating Instantly’s Email Outreach subscription from its credits, CRM, inbox-placement tools and bundles. Comparing a bundle with a competitor’s sending-only subscription makes the competitor look cheaper without showing the whole workflow. This guide compares published capabilities and prices; it does not claim a measured inbox-placement winner.

Establish a fair Instantly baseline

Instantly’s help centre lists Email Outreach Growth at $47 monthly, with 1,000 uploaded contacts and 5,000 monthly emails. Hyper Growth is listed at $97 monthly, with 25,000 uploaded contacts and 125,000 monthly emails. Light Speed lists $358 monthly, 100,000 uploaded contacts and 500,000 monthly emails. The contact limit is a workspace capacity, not a fresh allowance every month. Instantly plans overview.

The public pricing page includes bundles and dynamic combinations. Confirm the exact checkout configuration when figures differ. Do not assume the $194 Scale bundle is the minimum necessary for a functioning campaign. A small, focused programme may fit Growth. Our Instantly pricing breakdown separates these purchases.

Smartlead and Saleshandy for email operations

Smartlead Base lists $39 monthly with 2,000 stored contacts and 6,000 emails. Pro lists $94 monthly with 30,000 contacts and 90,000 emails. Unlimited connected email accounts are listed, but mailbox subscriptions and provider sending restrictions still apply. Smartlead pricing.

Saleshandy Outreach Starter lists $41 monthly, 2,000 prospects, 6,000 emails and 10 connected accounts. Pro lists $99 monthly with 30,000 prospects and 100,000 emails. Check the selected billing term and data allowance separately. Saleshandy pricing.

For both, test how the team handles replies, exclusions, failed sends and client separation. Large allowances are useful only if your legitimate workload requires them. They are not instructions to fill every available slot.

Lemlist and Mailshake for channel requirements

Lemlist lists an Email plan at $69 monthly and a Multichannel plan at $109 per user per month. The latter includes additional channels such as LinkedIn, SMS and calling. The different billing models make rep count important. Lemlist pricing.

Mailshake lists Starter at $29 monthly or $25 per month annually, with one sender and 1,500 monthly sends. Higher packages include Email Outreach and Sales Engagement. Its pricing lists warmup; comparisons saying that warmup is absent are outdated. Mailshake pricing.

Demonstrate the actual channel sequence you need. Check which steps require a person, another account, usage charges or a separate subscription. A feature appearing on the website does not prove it belongs to the quoted tier. For a deeper comparison, see Lemlist alternatives.

Woodpecker for a different capacity model

Woodpecker prices around contacted-prospect capacity. Its calculator’s unit rate should not be mistaken for the total subscription or an automatic pay-only-for-actual-usage arrangement. Some operations beyond email can also affect the billing metric. Woodpecker pricing and billing metrics.

Model a quiet month and a busy month using the selected plan. Include add-ons, mailbox costs and any commitment. The model is useful when it matches how you operate; it is not inherently cheaper because sending volume fluctuates.

Move active campaigns carefully

  1. Export contacts, message history, owners and campaign status.

  2. Preserve opt-outs, negative replies and do-not-contact lists.

  3. Map which prospects are waiting for a follow-up so they do not restart at step one.

  4. Test a small migration with internal accounts and reviewed records.

  5. Confirm replies stop automation and CRM updates reach the correct record.

  6. Review authentication and provider feedback before increasing activity.

Use the deliverability checklist during the migration. Switching the sequencer does not reset the reputation of the sender or make an unwanted message welcome.

When another tool is not enough

Rhycon is a candidate when the bottleneck is the work of finding relevant accounts, researching them, writing messages and managing qualification. It connects research, outreach, replies and booking, with pricing on request. Automation depends on workspace settings and connected services. We are commercially involved in this market. Talk through the work you want to automate.
