6 Lusha alternatives: data, credits and workflow

Research scorecard illustration showing reviewed records and evidence checks.

Compare six Lusha alternatives for contact data, email discovery and research, with a credit-model checklist and a practical data-quality test.

Lusha alternatives are worth evaluating when contact coverage, credit allocation or the rep workflow no longer fits. Before switching, establish which of those problems you need to solve. A lower starting price cannot compensate for missing contacts in your target segment, and another extension will not replace campaign ownership.

This guide compares published product information and suggests a practical evaluation. It does not assign an unsupported accuracy ranking. Rhycon operates in the broader outbound market and provides an outbound workflow rather than a drop-in Lusha database.

First, check the current Lusha plan

Lusha lists a free allowance of up to 40 credits per month. Its pricing page lists one credit for an email and five for a phone number. Its current documentation describes Free, Starter, Pro, Premium and Scale plans, with team allocation options that depend on configuration. Lusha pricing and credit documentation.

In particular, shared credit pools are an option for some team plans. Monthly Pro, Premium and Scale credits can roll over up to the documented limit of twice the monthly allowance. An alternative should therefore not be recommended on the blanket claims that Lusha never shares credits or never rolls them over.

Record your actual invoice, billing term, unused credits and accepted contacts. Then compare the required alternative configuration against that baseline.

Apollo, Cognism and ZoomInfo

Apollo belongs on the shortlist if reps want prospect discovery and engagement within one product. Basic lists $49 per user per month on annual billing. Evaluate coverage and the exact engagement features of the quoted tier. Apollo pricing.

Cognism is relevant when telephone outreach and a defined geographic market drive the purchase. Ask the vendor to demonstrate results on your account sample and explain verification, permitted use and the included package. Avoid treating regional positioning as a proven accuracy advantage. Cognism pricing.

ZoomInfo is another candidate for a wider sales-intelligence evaluation. Request a written configuration rather than budgeting from an old contract estimate. Include integrations, exports, modules and renewal terms. ZoomInfo pricing.

For all three, test the contacts your team actually needs. A database’s headline size is not the number of usable records in your market. Our Apollo vs ZoomInfo guide provides a contract and coverage worksheet.

FullEnrich, Hunter and Clay

FullEnrich is a candidate when you already know whom to contact and want enrichment across providers. Its credit model distinguishes result types. Keep sequencing, research and CRM costs in the comparison if they remain separate. FullEnrich pricing.

Hunter combines Discover, email finding, verification and Sequences in its all-in-one product. Starter lists $34 per month with annual billing. Check connected accounts, credits and the distinction between the all-in-one product and API-only data plans. Hunter pricing.

Clay is relevant when contact details are one step in a configurable research workflow. Launch starts at $167 per month with separate action and data-credit allowances. Someone still needs to build and maintain the workflow. Clay pricing.

A comparison that survives the demo

  1. Use the same named-account sample for every provider.

  2. Define required roles, countries and contact channels in advance.

  3. Count accepted contacts separately from missing, stale and incorrect results.

  4. Record credit consumption, export restrictions and review time.

  5. Test duplicate handling and suppression information in the CRM.

  6. Compare total cost per accepted record using the required plan.

Keep a written explanation for each rejection. That lets the team see whether a provider fails on a particular geography, role or record type instead of relying on a vague impression that the data was poor.

When changing the data source is not the answer

If the current list already contains the right people but research and replies are waiting for attention, another database may simply add more records to the queue.
